Legenda
You may wonder what happened to all of the paintings after Vincent van Gogh died? One thing is for certain: a great many ended up in the country of his birth, thanks to two women: Theo’s wife Jo van Gogh-Bonger and Helene Kröller-Müller, the founder of the Kröller-Müller Museum.
Works by Vincent make up the basis of the two largest Van Gogh collections in the world – those in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo. They’re two places every Van Gogh fan must visit at least once in their lifetime.
